Edoardo Recupero

Edoardo Recupero supports Simon WealthLex’s activities as trainee lawyer during the period of compulsory legal practice.

In May 2022, he obtained a French degree in ‘Droit, Economie et Gestion’ as part of the collaboration programme between the University of Turin and the Université Côte d’Azur.

In November 2023 Edoardo graduated cum laude in law discussing a thesis entitled: “The trustee’s duties and liabilities in the management of the trust fund“.

Since December 2023, he has been a member of the editorial staff of the magazine “Trusts e Attività Fiduciarie”, where he regularly writes on trusts and estate planning.

Since June 2024 he has been appointed ‘Cultore della Materia’ in Comparative Private Law at the University of Turin, thus starting to support some professors in their teaching and research activities.
