Davide Nervegna

Davide Nervegna, Partner at Simon WealthLex, member of the Milan Bar Association since 2001. He currently holds the position of General Counsel of the Ersel Group in secondement.

He has worked in leading national and international law firms including EY SLT, where he was a partner between 2015 and 2019, and RP Legal & Tax, where he was an equity partner from 2019 to 2021.

Davide developed considerable experience in assisting banks and other supervised institutions in ensuring the compliance of their structures and conduct with industry regulations. His areas of expertise include, among others, the establishment and authorisation of regulated vehicles, the definition of governance structures, corporate and commercial law and financial market law.

Davide is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of the companies belonging to Ersel Group and he is the Group’s DPO and is the author of several specialist publications on investment services.
